Order Confirmation Agreement

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us immediately at 1-888-285-3211. Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 24 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If after the 24 hours you wish the items on the order changed, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer, if the order cannot be changed with the manufacturer, there will be a restocking fee charged. Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive from Interior HomeScapes, a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, you will be required to reply to the change order as verification by you of the changes.

Return policy

If you would like to exchange or return an item received in the last 30 days, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email (Please note that Custom Orders and certain manufacturers are not eligible for return or exchange - see below for more information). You can either send your email to returns@interiorhomescapes.com or reply to your order confirmation. Please include the reason for the return and also the original order number in your email. After submitting your return request via email, we will review the information and forward via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item. This Return Authorization number is valid for 15 days. Please do not return items to our Atlanta address without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our suppliers. For returns on all lighting, accessories, furniture, and mirrors that are not defective, we are required to charge a 15% restocking fee. All Brownstone, Four Hands, Sunpan, Wallquest, Seabrook Designs, Wendover, A.R.T., DV Kap, Alder & Tweed, Lillian August, Sherill, Ambella, CFC, Art Classics, E. Lawrence, Lloyd Flanders, Madisons, Inc., Modern History, Noir, Paragon, John Richard, Caracole, Jonathan Charles, Sun Pan, Eichholtz, Peacock Alley, Somerset Bay, Capital Garden, Brookfield, Mirror Home, Fire Pit Art, Stanford Furniture, Lacefield Design, Lillian August, Left Bank, Wilshire Art Group, Whitehall items, any wallpaper brands and/or any custom or made-to-order items from any manufacturer are not returnable and considered final sale. Select Aidan Gray, Cyan Design, Elk,  Lazy Susan, Alfresco, Arteriors, Currey & Company, Emissary, Emporium, Euro Style, Global Views, Jamie Young, Interlude Home, Loloi, Regina Andrew, Robert Abbey, Selamat, Solaria, Light & Living, Blink Home, Gold Leaf Design Group, Studio A, Surya, Worlds Away, Anamese, Zentique, Port 68, Bungalow 5 and Real Flame items are non-returnable. Any item or order that ships freight regardless of the manufacturer is non-returnable. All memo samples are not returnable. Please contact us with any questions on whether or not the item you are interested in is a returnable item.

Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number and approval will not be accepted. Interior HomeScapes is not responsible or liable for any returns that have not been authorized and approved.  All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold and/or is not in the original packaging, you will be asked to have the product picked up at your expense. If not picked up within 15 days of Interior HomeScapes contacting you, the item will be destroyed in field or given to charity. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on many of our items. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost, in addition to the 15% restock fee. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs. Shipments that are refused and are neither damaged or defective, will be considered a return and subject to the policy above.

Furniture, Lighting, and Custom Items

Because many of these items are custom, made-to-order pieces and/or ship freight/white glove they are not returnable or refundable. None returnable items include (but are not limited to) any and all items from Brownstone, Sunpan, DV Kap, Alder & Tweed, Lillian August, Sherill, Ambella, Four Hands, CFC, Capital Garden, Art Classics, E. Lawrence, Caracole, Jonathan Charles, Sun Pan, Wallquest, Seabrook Designs, Wendover, A.R.T., Eichholtz, Lloyd Flanders, Madisons, Inc., Mirror Home, Modern History, Noir, Paragon, Peacock Alley, Somerset Bay, Brookfield, Fire Pit Art, Stanford Furniture, Lacefield Design, Whitehall, and any wallpaper brands items along with select Aidan Gray, Cyan Design, Elk, Lazy Susan, Alfresco, Arteriors, Light & Living, Blink Home, Gold Leaf Design Group, Currey & Company, Emissary, Emporium, Euro Style, Global Views, Jamie Young, Interlude Home, Loloi, Regina Andrew, Robert Abbey, Selamat, Solaria, Studio A, Surya, Worlds Away, Anamese, Zentique, Port 68, Bungalow 5 and Real Flame items. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us at 1-888-285-3211 to verify. You have up to 24 hours from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 24 hours custom orders are non-refundable. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business day window will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds or returns on damaged items, only replacements. Please refer to our vendor warranties for specific information on individual policies.

If for any reason your custom furniture piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Interior HomeScapes reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. You should contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible. While the manufacturers do their best to ensure excellent packaging; occasionally glass and mirror, or larger freight items could get damaged at the hands of a delivery carrier in transit. Items received with broken glass or that are considered minor and can be repaired by a furniture technician ARE NOT considered defective products. InteriorHomeScapes.com and the manufacturer reserve the right to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible. In these cases, you can contact our customer service department and we will be happy to address the concern at no additional cost to you.

Interior HomeScapes does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture and custom items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time. Also note that shipping time frames for freight items will vary based on the carrier, increased volume, area of the country you live in, routing schedules and holidays but generally average 7-15 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control as we are considered a third party. We know you'll enjoy the product that is made especially for you!

Color note: Because every computer monitor & every web browser displays colors differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen.

Natural Products: All items made from natural products such as but not limited to-limestone, marble, alabaster, granite, reclaimed wood as well as natural finishes will have natural variations and no two will be the same. These variations should be expected and are not seen as defects.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return. Please understand that it takes several days for us to go through returns and to inspect them. After inspection it is sent to our credit department for processing. If accepted, a credit is given and it takes several business days for a credit to post through the credit card processor and issuing bank. All returns and exchanges will be credited less 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. If an item was free shipping, the original shipping costs incurred by Interior HomeScapes will be deducted. InteriorHomeScapes.com reserves the right to charge restocking fees on any and all returned or exchanged items. If you have not received a credit and it has been longer than 7 days, please give us a call at 1-888-285-3211.

Wrong Products Received

If you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please email support@interiorhomescapes.com or call us at 1-888-285-3211 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RA #, instructions and a shipping label for shipping the product back. We will pay for the freight/shipping back and ship the correct product free of shipping/freight charges. Interior HomeScapes offer replacements only for any items that are received incorrectly, not refunds

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order you must contact us the same day that you placed the order at 1-888-285-3211 or via email at support@interiorhomescapes.com. Some orders ship the same day, so we need to know as soon as possible. All items that ship freight/whiteglove or custom items are not returnable and can not be cancelled once the tracking information has been assigned and/or the order has shipped from the manufacturer. Calling in or emailing to request a cancellation does not guarantee your order can be cancelled or changed as it may have already been picked or shipped by InteriorHomeScapes.com or the manufacturer. Once an order is cancelled you will receive an email from InteriorHomeScapes.com stating the order was cancelled and an order is not considered cancelled until you receive an email confirmation from InteriorHomeScapes.com stating it was cancelled.  InteriorHomeScapes.com is not responsible for any lost emails or voice messages regarding cancellations.  It is the customers responsibility to make sure they receive an email from InteriorHomeScapes.com stating the order was cancelled. For more information read our Cancellation Policy. Made-to-order items can not be cancelled once production begins.

Defective Products

If an item is received by you and is thought to be defective please contact us immediately. Photo proof of the defective item along with pictures of the packaging must be emailed to claims@interiorhomescapes.com along with your original order number and the description of defect. If deemed defective by Interior HomeScapes and the manufacturer, you will receive a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. Interior HomeScapes will have the defective product picked up at no cost to you and the item must be in its original packaging. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENTS ONLY. Defective claims will not be honored after 5 business days of receipt. If a return of a defective item is requested and return shipping provided by Interior HomeScapes and customer refuses to return the original item and a replacement is shipped out, the customer will be charged for the replacement that was shipped out in addition to the original item. 

Damaged Shipments

A Freight Line company may deliver the item(s) you have ordered if they are oversized. You, or persons acting on your behalf, must be present at the time of delivery. In such cases a representative from the freight company will call and set up delivery.

IF YOU RECEIVE A SHIPMENT FROM AN ORDER THAT YOU PLACED WITH INTERIORHOMESCAPES.COM WITH FREIGHT DAMAGE, YOU MUST REFUSE THE SHIPMENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND NOTE THE DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LANDING. WE WILL THEN ORDER AND SHIP A REPLACEMENT TO YOU AT NO CHARGE. IF YOU OR THE PERSON ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF SIGNS FOR THE SHIPMENT WITHOUT REPORTING ANY DAMAGE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES AND MUST MAKE ANY CLAIMS WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY DIRECTLY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU INSPECT ALL PACKAGES BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM. PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEM ALONG WITH PICTURES OF THE PACKAGING ALONG WITH ANY OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY OUR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT MUST BE PROVIDED. OUR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS OR HONOR ANY CLAIMS WHERE REQUIRED REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION IS NOT PROVIDED. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE SAVED UNLESS YOU ARE TOLD SPECIFICALLY BY INTERIOR HOMESCAPES THE PACKAGING CAN BE DISPOSED. CLAIMS WILL NOT BE HONORED OR FILED IF IMAGES OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING CAN NOT BE PROVIDED AND/OR DAMAGED ITEM CAN NOT BE RETURNED AT THE REQUEST OF INTERIOR HOMESACPES. INTERIOR HOMESCAPES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO FIRST HAVE A FURNITURE TECHNICIAN REVIEW AND/OR REPAIR ANY DAMAGED FURNITURE. IN SUCH CASE, A FURNITURE TECHNICAN IS NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BACK TO MANUFACTURERS STANDARDS A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SHIPPED OUT. CUSTOMERS ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS ALL DAMAGE LIABILITY IF THEY FAIL TO SCHEDULE OR ALLOW A FURNITURE TECHNICIAN TO ATTEMPT A REPAIR.

If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with InteriorHomeScapes.com with concealed damage, via freight line, or ground shipments (UPS/FEDEX), you must report the damage within 48 hours to our customer service department. If you fail to report the damage in a timely manner you could be responsible for all damages. Photo proof of the damaged item & original packaging must be emailed to claims@interiorhomescapes.com along with your original order number and the description of the damage. Damage claims will not be honored after 5 business days of receipt or if all required pictures are not provided. The original packaging must be kept unless you are advised directly by Interior HomeScapes that it can be disposed of. DAMAGED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENTS ONLY. If a return of a damage item is requested and return shipping provided by Interior HomeScapes and customer refuses to return the original item and a replacement is shipped out, the customer will be charged for the replacement that was shipped out in addition to the original item.

Shipping on Most Products

InteriorHomeScapes.com has agreements with most manufacturers to ship your order direct from the manufacturer's warehouse to your door. You are getting the products straight from the source so there is less chance for delay getting the product to you. Orders sent via "UPS/FedEx Ground" average 3 - 7 business days once they leave the factory. All shipping time frames for freight items will vary based on the carrier, increased volume, area of the country you live in, routing schedules and holidays but generally average 7-15 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. Please keep in mind that these time frames are AFTER the product leaves the factory. 

Interior HomeScapes offers complimentary white glove on orders over $2,000. If the order amount falls below $2,000 due to the customer removing an item, the order will be shipped standard ground or curbside freight. Customer is responsible for payment of white glove delivery services for any order under $2,000. All accessories, artwork, chandeliers, mirrors and rugs will be shipped ground or standard freight due to the delicacy of the items. Complimentary white glove delivery services on orders over $2,000 are not guaranteed and reimbursement will not be provided for this service not being performed. It is the customers responsibility to make sure complimentary or paid for white glove delivery services are performed at the time of delivery. If the customer or person appointed to accept delivery by the customer refuses the white glove delivery service or instructs the delivery team not to unpack an item, then the customer will be responsible arranging or having Interior HomeScapes arrange the service at a later date. 

Once you have been contacted by the local delivery agent to set up your delivery, delivery must be scheduled within 10 days. If delivery cannot be scheduled within ten days, please contact us to make special arrangements otherwise, daily storage fees will apply for a maximum of 30 days.  Customer agrees to be automatically charged for any storage fees incurred due to customer rescheduling deliveries and/or delayed delivery request. Shipments that have incurred storage fees will not be approved for delivery until the storage fees are paid. If after 30 days, delivery has not been completed, customer refuses to pay the storage fees or customer refuses to schedule delivery of a shipment, the order will be deemed unwanted and disposed of or donated at the discretion of Interior Homescapes LLC and at the expense of the customer.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed.  In such cases that an alternate delivery address is requested after an order has shipped, all change of address and/or re-consignment fees charged by the shipping company are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the address will be changed and delivered. Shipments that are refused and are neither damaged or defective, will be considered a return and subject to our returns policy. Freight/white glove delivery shipments that are refused and neither damaged or defective, will not be returned or refunded and redelivery charges will be owed for the attempted delivery. Redelivery of a freight/white glove delivery shipment will not be approved until the redelivery fees are paid.

Customers are responsible for all redelivery fees on freight/white glove delivery items for missed appointments, rescheduled deliveries and/or refused freight/white glove delivery shipments that are not damaged or defective. Customer will be automatically charged for the redelivery fee and redelivery will not be approved until all fees are paid.

InteriorHomeScapes.com will in no way be responsible for losses by customer due to scheduling of electricians, contractors, professional installation, lost wages or time spent for any reason including but not limited to delays in shipping, damage claims, furniture technicians, or defective items.

Shipping Rates

InteriorHomeScapes.com automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping cart process once an item is placed into your cart with the appropriate delivery method chosen and your zip code entered if the item does not ship free. Shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box and the delivery destination. Shipping costs are for the contiguous 48 states.  Remote/isolated delivery addresses may require additional shipping charges.  In such cases where an additional shipping charge is required, you will be contacted by Interior HomeScapes for approval before the order ships. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-285-3211 or email support@interiorhomescapes.com for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii or internationally. Most items due to their size cannot ship internationally however if you have a freight forwarder that you work with here in the states we will be happy to ship the item to them.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item has been shipped you may contact Customer Service to obtain a tracking number. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on UPS or another carrier's website.

Multiple Shipments

If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s).

Shipping Backorders

Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the web-site). InteriorHomeScapes.com can ship most items in the time frame described on the item page, but occasionally some items are unavailable and we must backorder them from other various warehouses across the country or source them directly from the manufacturers. InteriorHomeScapes.com will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately. Interiorhomescapes.com does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is back ordered more than 4 weeks. Response via email is required before the order will be processed. Please call a customer service representative at 1-888-285-3211 to check stock and real time availability on all products listed on the InteriorHomeScapes.com website.

Sales Tax

Interior HomeScapes is a registered corporation in the State of Georgia and is responsible for collecting 8.0% state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped within the state of Georgia.
