This is a beautiful piece to add to anyones home, but unfortunately very hard to hang on a wall as the mounting holes do not line up with the typical stud pattern of a home built in the USA. This piece is very very heavy and needs to be properly mounted or can cause damage or physical harm if it were to fall. Poorly designed for mounting is my only gripe with this piece but now that we have it up we absolutely love it.
